Invited by the DE HELLING FOUNDATION Foundation Ali Bas took part into a debate about "Green Values, Secularism and Religion" at the European Green Council in Utrecht/NL. Together with colleagues from the European Parliament, Groen Belgium, GroenLinks and De Helling Foundation he also talked about the current debate on Islam. The green answer must be dialogue with muslims on strategies against right wing radicalism and religious extremism.

Participants were: Philiipe Lamberts (MEP, Ecolo/BE, Chairman Green Fraction/European Parliament), Meryem Almaci (MP, Chairwoman Groen/BE), Judith Sargentini (GroenLinks/NL, MEP) and Erica Meijers (De Helling).
